Adam Ward with Camelot payments went above and beyond to provide me great customer service at my new spa, driving over an hour to my location multiple times to educate me about the Clover payment system and show me how to use it. I felt so at ease with him and non-pressured approach. Since I have been using the Clover sales transactions have never failed as they did before with lack of internet connection (which is well known in my spa location}. Tips are never missed now and I am 100% glad satisfied with Camelot and their time of support!

I hate this industry however I am impressed with this company.... gave us many options and provided industry knowledge that I suspected about bad behavior from other s I have worked with , which they confirmed with real life customer accounts ... already seen better service and lower cost from Camelot… but you can bet If they don't keep it up, I'll come back and update this to lower rating....if they do I will update to 5 stars...
